[ARC5] ARC-5 Crystal Question

Hello group:
I cannot speak to the "command" crystals, but in the past I had a (one) TBY-8 VHF transceiver.  Everything in this rig worked, except for the "spot" crystal oscillator.  Still, a sample of one helps little.
