A little bondo and dabbing a bit of wrinkle paint a la Stinson may work here. A banana plug fits a SO-239 if you just want to plug in a wire antenna.

It so happens that the diameter of the insulator mounting hole is a
perfect match for an SO-239 OD. Add four screws and it may look like a
professional job...but it ain't... :-)
