In this case, I'd have to file her under Darwin Award contestant.  Nothing 
new here as far as any changes or pending changes at the IRS.  All the woman 
had to do was keep a few records and complete Schedule C.  If, as she 
claimed, she didn't turn any significant profit, which could be true.  And is 
probably true in the case of most radio collectors.
