[ARC5] Beware of ebay seller 'trustingbuy'

I tried filing a 'Not as described' claim with eBay over a deal with
'trustingbuy', aka 'TJ SPY'. This was for a Pace soldering station that he
had packed so poorly, it got damaged in transit. The fellow delayed so long
that eBay was no longer willing to do diddly squat. Trustingbuy also claimed
to have sent a replacement on 15th February and gave a tracking number but
kept hedging when I asked with whom the tracking number had been generated,
ie, the name of the shipper. The replacement is still not here two months
after his claim of sending it.
I have sent a message to eBay about their time limitation clause and its
unworkability when sending overseas. But have I received a response from
eBay? You guess!
So, I have warned 'trustingbuy' that I will describe his behaviour on every
list to which I belong. He threatened slander and defamation. If you look at
his feedback, you see positives when there are no problems, but negatives
and complaints of huge delays when there is a problem. Here is my last
message to him - to which he has not responded after ten days:
> If I start telling people on other lists how you have behaved in this
> matter, I will only be telling the facts - like:
> * the lack of response for 7 weeks,
> * the need for me to threaten you before you respond,
> * the lack of receipt of goods after 8 weeks.
