It is my opinion that the thief knew exactly what he was looking for, since 
 he didn't take more valuable items. Higher value items are normally stolen 
by  persons wanting to sell them for drug money. What was taken would bring 
gales of  laughter in a pawn shop.  You might want to check Craigs List 
under  electronics and see if anything turns up.
 
Many break ins are committed by youngsters. Are there any in your community 
 who are into electronics?
