On the "Ask a Question" page, scroll down to the bottom. There should
be a button to send such a message.

Subject: [ARC5] A New eBay Screw
I just went to ask a seller a question about an item up for sale and
discovered it is no longer possible to contact any seller. I tried a
number of different items.
If you "Ask Seller a Question" you ONLY get a choice of canned questions
and the seller's canned answers. You cannot ask, for example, are the
tubes in the unit.
This has been introduced w/in the last week or two.
One more giant leap into the abyss from the suits at eBay.
