[ARC5] LED and flourescent bulbs

This is another of those ridiculous "environmental" ideas. I have all 
sorts of bulbs that just won't work with LEDs and/or fluorescent. My 
photographer friends are really upset with the color temperature of the 
fluorescents. What about various bulbs for automobiles - made before 
2009? and other applications such as old radios? I bought these compact 
fluorescents but find they burn out a lot more quickly than advertised 
and cost a lot more than incandescents. Higher cost, less utility. This 
is your Congress in action. Phooey
