[ARC5] More on SCR-AF-183

Here's some photos of the SCR-AF-183 BC-AF-230 transmitter.
This one has been re-stamped "BC-AF-230-A."

I don't have documentation on the difference, but
this one seems to have used more coils than the original.
It has a paper chart holder on the front, with "swappable"
charts for five different coil sets.

Didn't have a chart for C-200.
