[ARC5] T-19/ARC-5

HELP!!
Does anyone have a spare antenna post for this radio?? Any ideas on a
viable repair? It has been totally cleaned and polished and I thought:
"if I can turn this hex nut a bit the spring contact from the roller coil
would make a better contact". Wrong-wrong. I should have left it as it
was. Darn thing broke off in a flash!

Have followed Dave's proceedure to the letter. Now this.
