[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Crystals Update

Coil set C-184 (and the earlier C-182 for SCR-AF-183) covers 4000-5000 KC.  
TM says it isn't part of the radio set (has to be ordered separately) but 
comes with 4495 KC crystal "for airport communications purposes".  And that 
other crystals in the range can be used.
