[ARC5] Crystals Update

I discovered that I had a sorta Rosetta Stone (in the form of SIG 5
including SIG 5-1) for at least some of the crystal holders.

DC-n are the earliest.
FT-n came next and superceded some DC-n numbers.
CR-n/U came last and many consist of FT-241 or FT-243 holders marked for
and containing crystals cut for specific radios or radio sets.

("n" may be one, two or three digits.)

DC-10, listed only as 4495 KC, is for BC-( )-230 and DC-( )-430.
Description says that the metal prongs with hooks at ends are for attaching to a
coil. Does not say what it was used for.

CR-4/U is FT-241 holder marked for and containing crystals cut for
AN/TRC-1.
