[ARC5] SCR-274-N changes

First they were black.  Then bare metal.  Then black again.  They had
metal tags on top then phenolic ones on the side then decals.  The
receivers started with metal dials which eventually became plastic.
I'm sure I missed a few other things but those are the ones that come
to mind at the moment.

Would someone be so kind as to put all this in chronological order for me?
