[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Tube Tester

The really good (= versitile) tube testers are expensive (Tripplett,
Military, Avo).

There are a bunch of kit built ones (Eico, Heath, Knight) and low end
'service' ones (RCA) that often go begging at <$20. The down side is that
they won't test fancy tubes with the charts provided. However, if you do a
bit of engineering, you can likely figure out settings for odd tubes and
make a pinout adapter. You could certainly use them to COMPARE several
like tubes, so if you know one is good, you can check others.
