I'm prolly 'way late on this.  BUT, I think varnished/
shellacked/q-doped cardboard forms only count for
rxen

Class c amps have outputs that look like a stream of
pulses & can cause huge 'flyback effect' voltages
in, particularly, an unloaded amp.

The term 'circulating current' comes to mind & there's
a readable art'l on wiki titled 'tap (transformer)'
