[ARC5] VT-4-C / 211 Tube Substitutes

I have subbed the 838 and it seems to work OK.
You have to adjust the bias and re-neutralize,
but I've tried it in both Osc. and Final and 
it worked OK.  I don't know if the Audiophools 
have "discovered" it yet.  With WW-II era 
VT-4s going for $250 each (ACK!),
it will be good to spend some time 
working-out non-destructive ways to 
get the old beast breathing with something else.
