[ARC5] Rubber shocks, the manufacture thereof

Thank you, folks.  I've gotten some good ideas here and shall pursue
them forthwith.

Now, who has shock towers (one from each, an RX and TX mount from
either a GF/RU or an SCR-A*-*83) they'd be willing to donate for the
cause?  Or sell, for that matter.  Of the eight shock towers I have,
none is suitable for this purpose.  They are all well and truly gone.
