[ARC5] tuning knobs (and local controls)

There was a predecessor tuning knob to the # 6743 that was used on the 
RAT series. (The 6743 was made in both bare aluminum and black 
anodized.)  The earlier knob was about 1 1/4 inch in diameter. Also 
black anodized.
