Looks about the same to me.  Check the numbers on the packages - might 
be the same.

But why the challenging tone?  I just said that it was unusual to *me*. 


Mine is a machined device that screws onto the outer ring and adapts 
the spline to a 1/4" shaft with an ordinary knob on it.  I've only seen 
a few of those at fleamarkets.  Somewhat more common in my limited 
experience are the plain metal knobs that were screwed into certain 
models of the receivers to set them without a remote control box.
