The switch markings on each side indicate selection between two crystals or no crystal, not that that's of any help.

  The 23155 is the standard ARA two-receiver control box.  The sidecars are a modification but I can't quite make out the writing on them.  Nor figure out what unit supplied the boxes.

  But it's sorta a moot point anyway, as eBay will probably pull both ads before they finish.  He still states he doesn't take PayPal.
