Clean wrinkle paint with NON-ABRASIVE Go-Jo hand cleaner.  Apply with  
tooth brush or medical hand/fingernail brush to get down into the  
wrinkles.  Remove with paper towels, then repeat till no more dirt  
comes out.  Then clean with windex, then apply butcher's wax if you  
like.
