[ARC5] Command Set Construction

I'll bet its a Lewyt.

I had one of those once. In fact, I may still have it.

Is the wiring some sort of very thin plastic-covered stuff?

Also, the aluminum that the case is made out of is thinner than the others.

If it is a Lewyt, those were of a much lower quality than the earlier models, 
although they met spec.

Others here may be able to fill you in on the details.
