[ARC5] ARC-5 mini-banana plug replacements

I looked at the Mouser web site and it appears they sell these for 79 
cents and up per piece. The ones I found can be had for 30 cents each. 
At that price, it may not be worth the time to hack at more old chassis 
for pins. These are just the plug, with 6-32 threads. No nuts or any 
other hardware with them. The threaded stud is bored out, to accept a 
small wire it appears. Unfortunately they don't have a solder turret 
post like the Mouser ones.
