[ARC5] Another whatsit for the group to ponder

Greetings everyone,
 Came across this on the eplace

It has familiar looking connectors,seems to be a power supply but as 
the seller states,no nomenclature tags.Also has that TBW look as if it 
were intended to be transported ashore and then opened up for use.I 
have an LM in a similar cabinet for that purpose.
