Correct. It's for testing the mixer diodes, like the 1N21s, used in the front ends of radar in the 3 and
10 centimeter band and in ELINT receivers in the microwave region.. It's a simple DC test, measuring
forward and reverse parameters. It's really more of a GO-NOGO tester than an engineering tool. It can
also likely be used to match diodes for use in double balanced mixers.
