Here is a resource for historical docs.  A quick search revealed info on
radios, mods to aircraft, tech data, tuning data (i.e., doc #225147 P-51
mods for the SCR-522 installation or doc # 176950 B-29 Tech Bulletin
describing installation of SCR-274 (sic), SCR-522, ART-13, BC-221, etc).

Lots more.  This is just an index, but it tells you where to get the
docs.
