[ARC5] Scarce Command Set Offered

The CBY-52232 ATA transmitter in the center is a late-run unit, 
built on an ARC-5 chassis (note the screw-mounted loading coil window).
These were probably built as replacements or "special order" units.  
I have seen only one other of this type.  
Likely not "rare," which I define as 
ten or less of the model known to exist in private hands,
but certainly "scarce."
