Thank you.

That seems so trite and is definitely an understatement.  Noelle and I
appreciate everyone's support and prayers, both here and off-list in
email.  Even at 30, she's "daddy's little girl", and every birthday is
another victory celebration.  And every day is another one spent
asking – begging – for a miracle to make her whole, happy and healthy
again.
