More additions for your enjoyment and pleasure:

The original receiver used with the GF was the 46006 which was part of
the GF instead of having a separate designation.  Its coverage was
224-350 Kcs and 5400 to 8100 Kcs using two coil sets.  The RU-2 was a
46012 and covered 224 to 12,500 Kcs using nine coil sets.  (The
transmitter covered 6600-7200 Kcs with one coil set.)  The general
difference between the two receivers is that the 46006 had four RF
stages and no BFO while the 46012 had three RF stages and a BFO.  Both
of these appear to be Model B derived (Like the SCR-AC-183 and
earlier) unlike the later 46048* and 46051* which were Model D
derived.
