At least you have surplus. Our military north of the 49th only seem to 
buy 2 of anything, and use it until it falls apart. I was at the Comox 
airbase miltary show a couple of years ago and saw the new HF signals 
van (radio truck) and thought it would be neat to see state of the art 
commo equipment. Guess what, an empty truck. The NCO said that they had 
to ship their one xcvr back to Ontario for training use.

I've dealt with Fair over a couple of decades and have liked their 
service. Yes they are raising their prices but who isn't these days. I 
still got my complete GRC109 for the going price in catalog WS-94.
