[ARC5] RF Ammeter Puzzle

Bombers and cargo aircraft had both the ARC-5 and ART-13/BC-348 radios. The
ARC-5 were used for plane to plane and plane to tower. The ART-13/BC-348 was
used for long range communications.
Fighters only had the ARC-5 radios.
