[ARC5] Free Time

Greetings Groups,
 Happy New Year to all!
  As you all probably know we get Free Time today Dec. 31, 2008 @ 
23:59:60 CUT by having one extra second added to our lives! This indeed 
is "free" as it costs nothing,no labor on our part is expended,not a 
breath or a heart beat!
  Today the QRM is minimal at 10 and 15 MHz at least at the time of this 
writing, so I'll try to monitor the insertion of that free second.
  Free ageing without looking any older.We are living in interesting 
times for sure!
