[ARC5] tuning knobs

I have heard that there may still, somewhere, be available the female 
splined cable ends that fit the receivers. Years ago I sacrificed 
3-receiver control boxes for the cranks and attached them to cable ends 
and nuts to make quite nice tuning knobs.  Today I would not destroy 
either cables or control boxes, but if the splines can be bought you can 
make something attractive.
