[ARC5] QST articles and a reply

First of all, I want to thank you all for the good discussion 
here. 

I have learned a lot,  and appreciate your input.

I will contact Jim Hanlon about his ARC-5 transmitter article 
later today and share with him some of what I have learned 
here.

As soon as I learn from him what the full story is about his 
article, I will then write a letter to QST magazine about it.

I may pass that letter by you folks for suggestions before I 
send it.

Although QST may not choose to publish my letter, at least 
we will have tried to correct the error.
