[ARC5] More New eBay Garbage

I just ran across a new pile of eBay garbage. It only affects those who
don't have (or want) to use PayPal. The problem is like this:

If a seller lists an item as "PayPal Only" in the sale options, EVEN IF
HIS TEXT ALLOWS OTHER MEANS OF PAYMENT, eBay will lock out your bid.
Further, if you have several accounts, the PayPal account HAS TO BE
LINKED to the user ID you are bidding under.

I just found this out last night and lost an item I wanted.

So, if you are interested in such an item, you must contact the seller
in advance and get the sale terms changed before you bid.

This really stinks, IMO.
