[ARC5] To the Unknown RCA AVT-15 Test Engineer...

Every once in awhile I run into this large stack of work done
by someone who was dedicated to squeezing every bit of technical
knowledge they could out of the RCA light aircraft radios of WWII,
like the AVT-15.  That person sent me a copy of their 
exhaustive work, for which I am grateful, but they neglected
to write who they were anywhere on the work or the envelope it came in.
So I periodically post this, in hopes he will see it and accept my thanks
for sharing his work with me.
