Hello,
I wanted to let you know about an exciting project with the Collings
Foundation B-24J Liberator.
We are going to get the WWII radios in the B-24J operational and back on the
air. Then we are hoping to find some WWII radio operators who would like to
get behind the key (Morse code key) at the radio operators station and
broadcast to people around the country and possibly the world. This is the
first of a series of living history projects that will bring the WWII
equipment and the folks who used it back together.
Many people have contributed equipment, parts and their expertise to help
bring this project to fruition. To those of you who have donated parts and
help; I and the Collings Foundation would like to thank you for your
support. This kind of project would not be possible without the
collaborative efforts of all of you. I especially want to thank Steve
Williams for his hard work and dedication to this project.
Here is the link to web page with some more information:

If you know any WWII radio operators who are willing and able to get behind
the key in a flying B-24J please let me know. This project is going to take
flight starting in late January.
Thanks again,
