Did you try "The RDH-4" (Radiotron Designers Handbook, 4th Edition - no 
shack should be without one)?
In particular:

Chapter 10, Calculation of Inductance, pp 429 - 449
and
Chapter 11, Design of Radio Frequency Inductors, pp 450 - 480
