[ARC5] Light Bulb for LM Power Supply -- source?

Hi John and the List,
Well I thought of the LED replacement too. And I googled it and found a
recommended process. Except when I tried to duplicate it, it didn't work.

Another thought I had, using a similar process to the one recommended for
the LED mod, was use a NE-51 and a 120K resistor. Solder them into a used
candelabra base (with the bulb removed of course), use some hot glue or
expoxy to make the NE-51 and resistor stay in place and it insulates it as
well. I think that would work. But it sure would be a kluge.

Many thanks, and
73's,
-tom
