This is the power supply you've seen in the photo, 
which, with those two big external "starting" caps,
runs my SCR-274N.
I don't know the seller, etc.

Thanks to Larry G., 
I found most of my notes on this supply.
You can set the 28 volt module down to 24 volts,
connect a control line to force sharing,
and tie the two modules together for 26 amps.
If someone gets it and wants to know details,
drop me a line.

p.s. the 5-volt module will crank up to 6 volts or more.
