One caution I meant to put in the post:

These DC/DC converters are capable of high current output.
Three in a row will supply 90 volts at ONE AMP.
That's enough to cook your goose.
Put even more of them in series and you could sizzle
in your own juices for a long time.
60 volts can still hurt you, though it's less likely to be fatal.
Don't take it for granted.  Be careful.
