[ARC5] Wierd FT-226 Rack

The box with the connectors is upside down - the modulator/relay
connectors have been removed and the two transmitter connectors
rotated 180 degrees.  Note that the paint securing the transmitter
connector nuts is gone and that the two machine screws normally on the
right of the transmitter connectors are now on the left.
