You don't know what rape is until you visit Davis Monthan AFB in Tucson....
that is rape to all tax payers, on a daily basis.

I took the base tour few days ago and the waste is totally unbelievable.
All the electronics goes to the smelter.

That goes beyond rape.  That's a violation of the Geneva Conventions -
the articles regarding cruel and unusual treatment.  The Hague
Convention too.  And I think a few UN somethings.
