[ARC5] IRS Goes After Ebayers- Hamfest Leverage??

Ebay has created a big part of their business letting folks set up online
Ebay stores, full-time retail businesses as opposed to folks cleaning out
attics, selling off old items...basically garage sales. Perhaps IRS is
finding some of these retailers are not paying proper taxes, or at least
unable to document it. Eventually, IRS may get round to robbing Mom & Pop
as they empty the attic, but that's smaller potatoes, & more costly to
gather in, than these retailers.
