Only a few of the words on the control panel are clear enough to translate:

EIN = in
AUS = out
Triebwerk = engine
Triebwerkschub = engine thrust
Zellen sannung = cells voltage
Start frei =  free start (?)
Startspannung = starting voltage (note 24 volts)
