Taigh:
I've passed along a lot of 274N stuff the last couple of years,
so it's getting thin around here, but I have available:
FT-226A 2-TX rack, black WE no order #,
with matching FT-227A mount, WE no order #,
probably mid-late1942 or early 1943 make.
Earlier would have had an order number
and later would have been unpainted.
BC-450A RX control box, correct
WE order number 1509-NY-41
with correct dials.
2 complete "Fighter length" spline drive cables
plus enough cable (no ends) to make the third,
if you can find or machine the end pieces.
3 MC-211A right-angle spline drive joints.
I have 3-RX rack FT-220A with two PL-153 connectors
and BC-442 antenna switch wit PL-156 connector, both unpainted
and later make, which I can either donate or will trade
to another party if they send you their black units.
Connector for TX control box PL-153.
Connectors for Modulator PL's -153, -148 and -151.
On my personal SCR-274N, I have an original wiring harness
removed from a P-40 (one added cable in white wire;
the P-40 harness only had two receivers).
I can outfit with either unpainted or black radios.
Here it is with mostly unpainted (my unpainted -459
was acting up that day). If you look close,
you can see the harness wire:

I have some of this precious braided original wire left.
Some frayed spots, but mostly in good, flexable shape.

Not enough for a whole harness, but you could make some of
of the shorter cables, like from the TX rack to the modulator and
from the TX rack to the antenna switch. I'd rather see it in
that A-36 than sitting on my shelf until my estate sale,
when it will probably go to the dump as "just wire."
I may have more stuff available as things come out of storage.
Tell me what of this you can use.
Regards,
Dave S.
