Roy,
PP-4763 and 4763A are rated 20-27VDC/60A continuous.
PP-1104(*) are rated 11.5-17.5VDC/100A and 23-35VDC/50A.
PP-1104 is roughly the physical size of a BC-191. PP-4763 has about the same
footprint but half as tall. I use a couple of the PP-1104's here as I work
on both 14 and 28 volt equipment. But if you only need 28 VDC the PP-4763
might be preferable. PP-1104, according to the TM, weighs 210 pounds. PP-4763
125 pounds.
