[ARC5] ARC connectors

I wondered a bit, but figured it a crimp type insulated butt splice.
They are sold at hardware and electrical stores. They come in three
sizes / colors. The smallest are red, then blue, then yellow. As I
remember the blue size is for #16 +/- sized wire.
