Indeed. The Australians and Canadians had a long
and successful service from the HF Command Sets,
including ATA/ARC-5/SCR-274N well into the 1960s.
Central and South American countries made good use
of GF/RU and SCR-183/283, which were surplused to
them after the war. One of these days, one of the
audiophools is going to discover all those surplus
VT-25s and VT-52s sleeping in a Nicaraguan warehouse.
