Clare,

In the November 1945 issue of Electronics magazine
is an early surplus ad. Among the items pictured
is a set similar to your description. There is a
receiver on the left, transmitter on the right, two
control boxes in front center, dynamotor in rear
center, and antenna relay behind the transmitter.

Additionally there are two latches on each side,
apparently for fastening on a cover. The picture was
intended only to represent the sort of material
available, so there is no further description.
