[ARC5] Help on BC-459-A Transmitter

Help. I have a BC-459-A Command Transmitter I just got off eBay that has a 
bad tuning capacitor. I don't have any idea how it lost the little ball 
bearings around the shaft and the clear plastic insulating balls on the 
fixed set of fins, but both set of fins are touching all the way around. I 
have a junk transmitter with a very nice tuning capacitor in it. Can they be 
removed and switched easily? It is the one that connects to the dial and the 
tuning shaft to the rear capacitor. Is there instructions in any manual for 
this? Has anyone done this before that can give me some instructions and 
advice?

It looks like 4 screws to the chassis. Two quick release thing of a magigs 
on the front inside and one soldered wire. It is the Tuning shaft and knob 
assembly that has me worried. I would love to take apart only what is 
necessary so I won't wreck it. Any help here? Thanks.
